Duties

Lead and motivate a diverse retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including B2B (business-to-business) sales initiatives and marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Build strong relationships with clients through outside sales efforts, negotiation, and account management to grow business opportunities.
Utilize technology sales tools such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
Conduct regular analysis of store performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize business development efforts.
Provide leadership in training staff on customer service excellence, technical product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications

Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role within a fast-paced environment.
Strong background in B2B sales, marketing, and technical sales experience with a focus on technology products or services.
Demonstrated success in outside sales, negotiation, and account management with a results-driven mindset.
Excellent analysis skills for interpreting sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for coaching teams, fostering collaboration, and driving performance.
Well-developed communication skills to effectively engage customers, vendors, and team members alike.
